All sales are considered final so returns or replacement are accepted only if the items are delivered damaged.

For damaged goods due to transportation, please complain about such defects to the deliverer courier immediately.

Please also notify me at blayse.kb@gmail.com within 4 days form the delivery providing photos of the damaged parcel and i will offer you a free replacement or refund (according to availability of the product). With a proof of the damage, we can also ask the courier company for a full refund.

Refunds will be done within 7 days from the day the product is returned to Blayse Ceramic or until you have provided evidence that the goods has been returned. The refund will be processed with the same payment method used by customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.
